Staff augmentation is quickly becoming a buzzword on the IT job market, attracting more businesses to hire resources and deploy them on projects.

In the last one decade, Tech Saga has already helped more than 100+ clients to achieve their business goals on time. We do this in two ways:

T & M contracts: This is essentially a right approach for projects whose deliverables and TATs are not estimated appropriately. The employer pays the contractor for the time spent by him to complete the project plus the mark up.

SOW Contracts: A SOW contracts are based on certain SLAs to be met by the contractor. The statement of work allows you to have increased control over the work being done by the contractor. We are currently engaged with top IT Services clients with this model.

Hybrid Models: For some clients, one size does not fit all. They request for a combination of T & M and SOW Contracts . Tech Saga has assisted the clients in these approach too.
